We're down to 40 days before the wedding. I guess that means it's time to really buckle down in the workout category of wedding planning. Here's the plan:
Week Six
Tuesday: 3 mile run, upper body ST, core work
Did: 2 mile run, bicep curls (3X15), tricep extensions (3X15), lateral raises (3X15), front raises (3X15), shoulder press (3X15), core work X300
Wednesday: 2 mile run, lower body ST, core work
Thursday: 4 mile run, core work only
Friday: 2 mile run, body weight exercises
Saturday: 2 wedding showers!!
Sunday: cross training, 1 hour
